1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Auth247.net ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all plans, including the free tier.
2. Use of Service
You may use the Service to authenticate users in applications you own or control. You may not use the Service for illegal activities, to send unsolicited communications, to circumvent authentication of systems you do not own, or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must keep your client secrets secure and never expose them in client-side code. You are responsible for the content and behavior of your end users.
4. Plans and Pricing
We offer Free, Pro, and Enterprise plans with published monthly limits. Usage beyond your plan's limits may be rate-limited. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. All plans are billed monthly in advance. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, but you can cancel at any time.
5. Intellectual Property
We retain all rights to the Service, including software, documentation, and trademarks. You retain all rights to your data and your end users' data. We may use aggregated, anonymized usage data to improve the Service.
6. Service Availability
We target 99.99% uptime. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control. Scheduled maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance. Enterprise plans include SLA credits for qualifying outages.
7. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk to the platform. Upon termination, your data is deleted within 90 days, except where legal retention is required.
8. Disclaimers and Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
